Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a reward, you must be a previous Danley’s customer. A reward is earned after your referral makes a Danley’s garage purchase. You will receive an email after each new customer referral purchases a new garage approximately 3 weeks after the contract date of the referral’s sale confirming the referral. The $100 Amazon eGift Card will be sent to the same email address upon completion of the garage. Only one reward is earned per new customer referred. Rewards are earned for new customers purchasing a new garage or new garage door. Not valid for service repairs. The referrer cannot be the owner for the referred property. Referral information must be received within one year of the contract date. In the event of conflicting referrals, Danley’s reserves the right to determine who receives credit for such referrals. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. Referrals may be subject to verification by both parties. Danley’s $100 Amazon eGift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed and/or expired. Recipients are responsible for all applicable taxes. Void where prohibited by law. All interpretations of program terms and conditions will be taken at the sole discretion of Danley’s. Danley’s reserves the right to change the rules, conditions, benefits, or rewards pertaining to the Reward Program, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Special terms apply for Multi-Unit Residential Complexes
No referral reward will be issued for sales to residents of townhomes or condominiums or their homeowners’ associations where a board or association decision mandates that all homeowners purchase Danley’s garages.
